Just found out Thursday that my son (10 y/o M) has been being inappropriately touched by another student (10 y/o male) since school started 9/5/17.

The school offered to allow my child to switch classes to avoid contact with his abuser. This will undoubtedly bring up many questions from his peers as to why he is switching classes (which he doesn't want to do) school says they can not change the others schedule.
