Hi guys, I know this parenting thing goes by quick, but some days, not quick enough.I have a 3 year old and a 6 month old. My husband leaves for work at 5:30 am and gets home at 7 pm. My mother in law will sometimes help, but mostly would prefer to take the kids for a couple of hours on the weekend so my husband can also get a break. My parents would rather not baby sit or come by my house, but are fine with us going there once a week. It's difficult though because they often baby sit dangerous dogs, and I will not bring my kids around that. Also my 30 year old, alcoholic sister lives with them and will do things like get into arguments with my 3 year old while I'm out of the room breastfeeding the baby, or wake my baby up and when asked what her problem is will say things like "What? It's not like he has to work tomorrow."I can't afford day care, day homes, mothers helpers or preschool right now. That should (hopefully) change over the next 6 months, but right now I'm going a little nuts.I know I need additional support and hope I can get it one day, but right now I just need more ideas for keeping the little ones as happy as I can so they don't break my spirit,We currently go to the library one morning per week, and a mall near us does Tot-Time once a month. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2fR2T4u
