Daycare lost my 3 year old son

Arrived at pickup about 15 minutes later than usual. Go to class, kids start calling my sons name. Teachers laughs that he's just hiding, but checks the locked bathroom anyway while I walk around the room. She finally says he must be in 4 year old class. 4 year olds say he must be with the school age kids. School age class says he must be on playground. Playground says he must be inside. Now I'm checking every room on the infant toddler hall and checking the adult bathrooms too.The director eventually finds him in her office (eating lollipops hiding under desk) and royally chews out the 3 year old staff about vital importance of counting heads before washing up.She tells me they had just come in from playground "5 minutes" before I got there - but I was looking for him for several minutes after i got there, before he was finally foundWhat action steps should I take?Edit: apparently he did the same thing last week as well, so that's twice in one week they lost him. He's 3. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2yHlPdo
