First off, I want to thank everybody who offered advice/help last night with me freaking out over my son's math homework.I just got an email back from his SpEd Inclusion teacherI spoke with (Resource Math Teacher) a few minutes ago, she said Son is doing really well in math class and he IS understanding it. He shouldn't have any homework for math ever... unless it's to study. All their HW is done in the Resource class with her.So I guess they feel he's in the right class and somehow he's managing to keep up, which surprises me a little. He's always struggled with math and I was so happy when he started middle school because they don't do homework (which for him has always been modified per his IEP).
