Too many differences with my wife about parenting

My relationship with my wife has gone downhill ever since our daughter was born.My wife is authoritarian while I believe in positive reinforcement. My wife believes in medication at the first sign of illness while I prefer to let the illness runs its course. My wife is driven by emotions while I am more logical thinking.My daughter is only 2 years old now, but my wife and I already have many quarrels over parenting. I try to reconcile the differences but she only wants me to follow her ways. As my daughter grows up there will be more complex needs and difficult decisions to make, I think the difference is only going to widen.This is really harming the relationship.
