My child likes to line things up in a row, the walk back and fourth while staring at the objects

My 3.5 year old son likes to line objects up in a row, and walk back and forth and “side eye” them out of the corner of his eye. He has been doing this since about age 2. We had him seen by a specialist earlier this year to see if he may have autism.The specialist he sees is not qualified to diagnose him with anything, but she has confirmed that he has a speech delay and is behind on communication for his age. So he has been seeing an occupational therapist for the past few months. Later this week he will finally be seeing a doctor that can hopefully clear up wether or not he is autistic.But I am just curious if the lining objects up is a sign of autism.
