Does anyone else find it harder to select a birthday gift for your child as they grow older ?

My son is turning 11 soon and I'm really at a loss for what to get him as a birthday gift. Does anyone here with similar aged boys have any suggestions? Have you recently gotten anything that turned out to be a hit ? What's popular these days ? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2gpEsLx
