Best resources for talking to a toddler about diversity/race/gender, etc?

We live in a pretty white-centric suburb of a fairly white but diverse city. My kid had seen/spoken with/interacted with all types of people but made an innocent to her but cringy to me comment at a toy store today, so I think it's time to teach her about all of the awesome shapes, sizes, colors of humanity. What books or other resources or conversation framers have worked for you? She's almost 3.5, and is very conversational and comprehends most of what I say. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2gtf5Z9
