Is it normal for my 18 mo old to flap his arms alot when hes excited? I read its a sign of autism. He doesnt really show any other signs he says words and loves playing with other kids and babbles alot. Im very concerned about the arm flapping tho. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2ykGRyd
