Hello. We have a 5-year old and a 2-year old. We're renting a home that has a big carpeted room that we use as a playroom. It's great. Everyone loves the playroom. We're looking at homes to buy. They don't all have a space that you'd use as a big playroom. They might have a single small room that could be a playroom, or a large open-concept dining/living room that could have a play corner, or something else.I realize that I don't know how older kids, and teens, use common rooms. Does anyone regret having a large common space? Do you have a playroom that's now unused? Where do your kids enjoy spending time, with or without you?Tell me about your floorplan! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2v7BEep
