12 year old still won't flush the toilet.

She used to flush. She flushes at her dads, school, anywhere but here. This started a few years back. She never flushes anymore after #2. I started interrupting her every time and making her come into the bathroom to make her flush. It didn't work. So, I tried to make her stand with her hand on the handle and watch it go down. I thought this would make her kinda realize how gross it looked after it sat in there for an hour or so (my parents and other guests often stop by). This was about age 10.Age 11. She still leaves #2 in there. Now, I am trying to be pro-active and give her the option of painting a bright sign that says "flush" to hang RIGHT in front of the toilet. Nope.Still 11. She is now forced to get up, flush, then use powerful cleaner to scrub and clean the entire toilet even if it is already clean. I helped show her how. I even start praising her when she DOES flush. I buy nice smelling spray to spray after #2. Note: I am flushing this entire time, not leaving my stuff in there. She is now 12. She just left a nice ton of poo in the toilet. I have a new bottle of cleaner. I told her to open it herself, clean it herself and that I know she can do it. She melts down, crying, and saying she can't do it. Fakes not being able to open the cleaner and after 30 minutes, the toilet is kinda clean.ANY HELP APPRECIATED. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2wOpKaI
