For the first time the back to school paperwork asked for an emergency contact who lives at least 100 miles away for situations that might interrupt local phone service.I'm guessing it has something to do with our state's earthquake preparedness program.Has anyone else seen a question like this? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2vdv73w
