Baby's new teeth being grinded

So my baby is 10 months old and now has his four front teeth. I just noticed he's grinding them. It drives his dad nuts so he stops him but honestly is there any way to stop a baby from grinding? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2xByD4H
