How to wake up with daughter calmly

Every time my 4 year old daughter makes a peep at night I wake up as if the house is on fire, I go from 0 to 100 immediately. Then I can't fall back asleep for an hour or longer. Any tips on this? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2fk9vLM
