Friends son is getting hit and bullied in camp, the staff wont do anything about it.

So i have a friend who i am asking this for. She needs advice asap. She has a son who is going to a summer day camp. She takes him there in the morning and it ends in the evening. Twice now, her son's come home crying saying that theres an older boy there that picks on him all day long. (Her son is 5 and the older boy is 8-9). She says that according to her son, the boy tells the other kids not to talk to her son, isolating him. He curses at the boy and that yesterday punched her son in the face. She says she found out when he got home because they didnt call her (he goes home by bus if im not mistaken). She then found out this isnt the only child that boy hit yesterday as he hit her son's friend too in the stomach. My friend went to complain today and the staff was really rude to her and said there are no witnesses and that her son must be lying. My friend then put her other friend on the phone whose boy was also hit and they called her a liar too and said that my friend and the other mom are trouble makers. They also told her if she is not happy with how they run things to just take her son out of the camp.I am livid hearing all this and i wanted to know if theres any legal route she can take upon all this? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2v3pOR0
