Currently nanny-sharing, other family is moving and need to find a replacement quickly.

The other family that our child's nanny takes care if is moving and I can not cover the cost without splitting with a second family. finding a new family is proving difficult. Does anyone have advice on finding a family to join a nanny share program? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2foQGHs
