3.5-year-old being violent towards little sister

Wondering if this is normal or if I should get help. My 3.5-year-old has been very violent towards her sister a few times. First was when the baby was first learning to sit up, my older one (then 3) decided to launch her toy shopping cart at her baby sister full speed, and knocked her over like a bowling pin. Couple weeks ago, my older one knocked the little one to the ground from a bench because she was trying to touch her Legos. Today we were outside and my older one wanted the little one to do something a certain way and when she saw that she wasn't doing it that way, she ran at her full speed and knocked her to the ground, causing her to hit her head on the concrete and bleed. I asked her what she was thinking and she said that she loves to push babies. And I asked her if she felt bad and she said, "No, I feel happy." Feeling so upset right now. Wondering if I should be concerned about this behavior. Should I talk to her doctor? Or is it somewhat normal? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2wjG7Z8
