Good computer games to play with small children

I would highly recommend Thomas Was Alone on Steam, which my 4 yr old loves. It is a platformer following the story of a group of AIs that have just become sentient in a game. It has no violence, simple visuals, and excellent storytelling and characters that my kid can understand. Also everything is narrated so no reading is necessary.
