Going to be a dad in 5 months, only 19 what can I prepare for?

I'm a little nervous, but of course I'm excited. My girlfriend and I were not expecting to have a baby being so young. ( she's 18, I'm 19). We just found a small house to rent and we love it, it's a good place to start our small family. Both of our families are very supportive to us I think our baby will a good life. Just want to know what to expect when having a first baby, when should we start buying pampers , food, clothing etc.? Just tell me everything there is to know, that would help so much.
