Decided to write this note to my husband after a few choice comments. Thoughts?

Dear loving husband, For my sanity, for the sake of our marriage and our continued love- Please just pick up after yourself. I know you think it's my "job," however that's not how I see it. I know I'm a mom, but I'm not your mom. When you leave your things on the floor or leave your trash on the counter, I feel like a maid service. If I ask you to clean up after yourself, you say it's "my job." No. It's not. My job is to raise our children and keep up with the house- that doesn't mean you should add your mess and tell me you're "helping" when you clean it up. Please understand where I'm coming from.
