
Hello! My daughter just turned 10 months old. We've done baby led weaning with her since she was 6 months old and around 8.5 months is when she finally got the hang of it and started to actually eat. I have given her a pretty decent assortment of foods so far but it seems kind of random to me.Any advice on a guide/idea sheet or something for daily meals and snacks? I'm struggling to find a good resource for what and how much to feed her to ensure she gets a well-rounded, healthy diet and plenty of exposure to new things.
