22 months old girl is holding pee, is she ready for potty training?

First time dad, and I'm lost and worried! My baby girl is almost 2 years, for the last month and a half she is been signaling us when she is peeing, but since last week she's been holding pee at night, she wakes up at 4 am and cries until releases all the pee and goes back to sleep. Has someone have a similar experience? Do you think she would be able to start potty training? Any advices for the training? How can I tackle this?
