Blood spotting

Hi sorry to have to ask it in this community, but I haven’t been getting responses in different ones. Anyway, so I had unprotected sex, then took a plan B. Then I had sex twice again where he ejaculated. For 2 days I was unable to get it. (Circumstances). So the third day when I wanted to get it, I thought I started menstruating. It was so little and it didn’t come for 25-27 hours, 2 days in a row in went like this. My friend told me she had this before she got pregnant. Anyway, after 2/3 days of it being like that. I started getting blood spots everyday at least 1 time. But it has never been this little menstruation ever for me. I also had menstruation 5 days to early. I’m just a bit worried.. because my friend told me that she also had this before she tested that she was pregnant... anybody any info?
