14 month old refuses to sleep with the door closed.

Our son has always been a great sleeper after the first 6 months. He’s love being in his crib and would sleep 12+ hours uninterrupted ( I know, it’s great) just recently he started refusing to go down for naps and freak out every time, which also drew into his night time sleeps. It’s now super hard to put him to bed. We came to realize, the reason why he’s freaking out is because we close the door to his room. If we leave it open he goes down no problem. We don’t want to keep putting him down with the door open because our home is a bit tight and we don’t want to wake him, and want to be able to make noise. What’s the best way to go about making him comfortable to be in his crib with the door closed? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2xnqZA7
