
Hi all, father of two children under 5 here... fitness has always been a big part of my life and I’m struggling a lot to maintain it with the pressure of a demanding job, a partner who also works part time, and two kids who deserve heaps of time and attention.How do you manage it?My goal is 5 to 6 workouts a week and I manage about 3-4. I can usually do two nights a week where I hit the gym or yoga, a run (5 to 10km), and then often another gym session but it’s hard to balance all of that with bed times, not dumping stuff on my partner, and not getting back home crazy late.What are some coping ideas?
