Telling parents their kids are brats & I don’t want them in my house

My SIL has children that can only be entertained by electronics. They don’t colour, do crafts, play card games... just electronic games. They will interact with adults only to show them an electronic game. They have one volume: loud. They won’t sit at the dinner table for the entire meal; they eat a few bites & then run off to the living room to play with their electronics. The boy is 6 & the girl is 4. They have only one volume setting: loud. They have triggered my migraines with their screaming. I have spent 2 out of 3 Christmases out in my car in a winter sleeping bag because the buggers have triggered a migraine. The only reason I didn’t end up in my car last Christmas was because we went away for Christmas.I’ve asked SIL if her kids could use their inside voices because of my migraines. It lasted 5 minutes & when she said anything to her kids, it was blamed on me “not liking loud noises.” Instead of actually disciplining her brats, she bribes them with their electronic games & a visit to Dairy Queen after dinner at my house.It’s just me & my kids. My partner has passed away & I’m doing my best to maintain a relationship with my in-laws. Neither my FIL nor MIL will say anything about the behaviour; SIL & BIL are sensitive to any criticism coming from them. My daughters are 14 & 17 and do not play with electronics when we have guests over.How can I ask my SIL to keep her kids under control without just cutting them out completely? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2Nt2A2W
