Things have been so hard for so many months, it's was just a relief to exchange a few words without it turning into an argument. And I mean, like, a huge relief. I've been walking on eggshells/arguing/worrying/having to "parent" for so long it's hard to remember what it's like just to be relaxed around my kid. Seriously almost started crying after I dropped him off today. People don't talk much about how much it wears you down, but that's the right description: worn down.Just wanted to post in case anyone else has been going through the same thing. I get it. I understand how it feels. Here's hoping your teen comes up for air for a few minutes today. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2lKArrx
