Our kids (m6 and f11) have been playing with our neighbor (m14). I thought he was a little older than them but he's always lived next to us since he was born. I got home today and my daughter told us he's been molesting our son. I talked to my son, he gave the same story but doesn't want to get his friend in trouble. I didn't know what to do. Should I talk to his parents? They're our friends. Should I report it to the police? I decided to take them to the police to file a report. Both kids are crying. I hope they know they did the right thing by telling us.Edit: I wanted to add we've talked, talked, and talked to our kids about inappropriate touching. And this STILL happened. My son is worried he won't get to play with his friend anymore. From what they told us, this happened 3 times.
