I read in a comment here a while back a method that had never occurred to me. If a toddler sticks something up their nose, hold the other nostril shut and blow in their mouth. My oldest child had to go to the ER for "foreign item removal" so I took note of this tip in case I ever needed it. Well, yesterday, number 3 stuck a dried piece of corn up there. My attempts at fishing it out with a fingernail only pushed it further. I did the technique and it popped out far enough to grab!Sharing in case any others are ever in need of the tip. Also, it has been decided that my 2nd is the smartest, since she never needed any items retrieved from her nostrils! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2TNdrn0
