My son is almost 11. We have tried to keep certain things away from him and knowing what they mean. A conversation came up while we were on vacation at lunch. It got really weird not because of the comment made to my son but because my mother was sitting at the table! The phase “Blow Job” [mistake #1] was said and my son immediately asked “What does that mean?!” Being a mom I immediately responded without thinking it completely through, “that means blowing up balloons!” [mistake #2]My husband was laughing the whole time. (What a great help right!)Fast forward about 2 hours to us waiting on my grandparents who are in their 70’s to meet us so we could check into our cabin. My son seen my papa and yells out the window “Hey papa, you gonna do some blow jobs later!” I didn’t know weather to laugh my ass off or hide for being so mortified in front of these people outside!
