My wife works in a school and has summers off. This will be the first summer that she will be home with our daughter who is about 1 year old. My wife is very much someone who likes to keep busy and I know that staying busy/entertained with a 1 year old is going to be a little difficult for her.I'd like to be preemptive and put together a sort of summer "care package" with things for them to do together. Thinking like zoo passes, gas cards to visit family/the beach, map of area parks, etc.I would really appreciate any ideas on either items to add to the basket or more importantly ideas of things to do. I would especially love any ideas/insight from those who have been in the situation themselves on how someone who really enjoys being busy and living on a schedule can transition to staying home with a 1 year old.Thanks in advance! via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2GzeeEu
