HELP! Currently 35 weeks preggo, having my c-section in roughly 3 weeks. Currently have 10 month old (f) twins. Need advice on everything (strollers, car seats, etc.)

(I’m on mobile and a lurker, not a poster so excuse any formatting issues)Not exactly planned (lol) but I’m rolling with the punches! Some things I’m concerned about:-Stroller: We currently have the Baby Trend Snap-N-Go Double Universal Double Stroller. The babies still haven’t outgrown their Chico KeyFit 30 carriers so we’re using both these together. Do you guys know of any strollers that can work for two babies that aren’t walking yet AND a newborn? I’ve seen a few that look like they’d work for twins that are older but have yet to see anything ideal for our situation. Im going to have to change out the carriers once they hit 30lbs and they’re currently around (21 and 23lbs) so I’m also trying to keep that in mind. We also have one of those side by side strollers that don’t use carriers that we haven’t opened up yet. I’ll have to check if they’re big enough to use that yet.-Car Seat situation: So in anticipation of our twins, during my last pregnancy we purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. This car only has a front and back seats. Is there anyway we can fit 3 car seats in one row!? Like I previously mentioned I’m going to have to change out the twins carriers once they hit 30lbs anyway so may be some slimmer car seats can help make this easier? Im honestly at a loss at this part. Getting a new car at this time would be quite the hassle.Any other advice or things to consider regarding management, safety, sanity, or literally anything else you can think of or I should consider would be much appreciated! Background info: I’m in my early 20s and their father currently supports us. We live with my family currently and plan to stay for a bit after birth. We have a our own home we haven’t moved into due to dodgy contractors not finishing remodeling work and we also are getting help from my parents and grandmother. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2ItDYEB
