How do you teach your toddlers to have some patience when they have absolutely none?

My two year old (just turned two a couple weeks back) is so impatient. She will ask for something and then instantly start whining or freaking out as you're getting it for her because she thinks we should be able to magically whip a cup of milk out of our asses or something. Or even better she will ask for the milk then as you're pouring it, she starts freaking out for you to pick her up like if you don't do it right then she'll literally die.I love her a lot but she's really a handful lately.
