How can I calm myself when my teething 4 month old is CONSTANTLY SCREAMING

Yeah. I’m allowed to be frustrated. I feel like literally ripping my fucking hair out I cannot STAND screaming. This is crippling me. I give her teething drops, baby Tylenol, she has everything else she needs and she continues screeching and screaming. She also REFUSES to go to sleep. How the hell am I supposed to calm myself down. I feel like crying and I am alone with her most of the day with no breaks.I do NOT need any rude comments. I need genuine advice.
