Transitioning 3 year old into her own bed and room?

Hi all! My daughter is 2, turning 3 this week, and for her birthday all of the grandparents pitched in to get her a really nice princess bed with canopy, mattress, bedding, etc.Our daughter has always slept with us in our bed, for convenience with breastfeeding first and then up until she turned two because my husband was deployed and it made me feel better.So we've always coslept but now we're hoping we can transition her into her own bed in her own room at night.Our nighttime routine consists of dinner, play, bath, quiet time/snack, teeth brush, and bed. We may read her a few stories in that time. Then we have to lay down with her in our bed, sometimes for up to an hour or longer, or as short as ten minutes, until she's asleep.Any advice on transitioning, tips, etc would be most appreciated!
