My 18 year old son has completely gone into "Screw you I'm almost out of here" mode.

Basically he goes to college on the 12th.We were on a family vacation where he completely ignored me to the point of not even speaking to me beyond giving "yes and no" answers to questions even if they weren't "yes and no" questions.Today we get back, and he has gone into what I can only describe as a passive aggressive "bitch mode". Where if you even so much as speak to him he mouths back to you.I suffer from mental health issues so I retired early thankfully I have plenty of money and he has been all day telling me "You need to get back to work and stop being so lazy." or "If you are that mentally incompetent how about I get you locked up for good".Along with a bunch of other curse words and phrases if I ever dared to say to my mother, I'd get whipped and grounded for months.My younger son who is 17, has even told him to calm down and that got him punched in the face and called a "adopted light skinned bitch".I'm tempted to throw his ass out these last few days but I don't want to burn what little of a bridge there is. He is already claiming "It will be a cold day in hell if I come back for the holidays."So how do I deal with this last almost 6 days of him being home til college without making me want to beat his ass and throw him to the curb. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2wiMNYj
