Older parents: What's it feel like as your family grows up and ages?

This is kind of an abstract question... I have two kids with a third on the way this month. So.. 6, almost 3, and -2 weeks old.I can't imagine my brood at 16, 13, and 10. When I try to wrap my mind around it, it just doesn't work. If I could be the father to my kids at roughly these ages forever... I would probably opt in. I understand small children and frankly, parenting them comes pretty easily to me. The idea of having adult children or young adult children living in my home seems almost impossible. I can't picture what that'd look like.So... my question is this, what's this process look and feel like? The maturation of an entire family. How does parenting change? How does the atmosphere change? Thanks! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2ptkaTW
