My son just started human growth hormone therapy due to short stature. Quite an ordeal to get to this point including a growth hormone stimulation test, pituitary MRI under sedation and they also prescribed an uncovered brand of somatropin so we have to switch injectors.We do injection sites by day, i.e.:Injection schedule:Monday - Right upper butt Tuesday - Left upper butt Wednesday - Right lower butt Thursday - Left lower butt Friday - Right upper butt Saturday - Left upper butt Sunday - Right lower buttThe needle is tiny and he can't feel it at all. My son knows he is very small for his age and he's glad this will help him catch up but is OK with where he is at.
