7 year old daughter is turning into the "mean kid"

Ok so it appears that my daughter is really mean to her friends. Calling them names, telling them she doesn't really like them, and not giving them a say in what they do.I try to talk with her and I just get the eye rolls, the "I don't knows", and the complete "I am not listening to you."I try explaining to her that we have to be nice to everyone and treat people how we want to be treated. I even try to get as deep as telling her there are way too many people in the world that we need more nice people like her and I.But I get nothing.
