I really hope I'm not being insensitive or offensive here, but I kind of need to get this out.My wife is about 20-21 weeks pregnant with our second baby together. She recently had her blood drawn and tested for three types of abnormalities. She received a call from her doctor and they explained that there is a 1 in 125 chance of our baby possibly having Down syndrome. I can remember what the test was called, but the doctor said she didn't feel too worried about it because results like this can be fairly common. However, my wife and I are kind of freaking out about it. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this particular test? Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2nPi80Q
