What was the best advice you received or best advice you wish you received that you would give someone expecting their first child?

My wife and I are expecting our first child any day now and I was hoping to gain some pearls of wisdom from everyone's experience. I honestly feel really excited and really overwhelmed at the prospect of the baby coming home soon. While we both feel as ready as anyone can be, I'm hoping to learn more before the baby arrives.
