Husband is always drunk when watching our children.

I’m a SAHM to two toddlers.I’m seriously considering going back to work. We need the extra money, and I want to help provide for our family.I have a problem, though. My husband cannot be around the kids if he’s sober.I would be working evenings/nights to avoid childcare costs. Husband would come home from working 8-3, and I would head to work for 2nd shift.For example, I had a dentist appointment tonight at 5 PM. I was gone for a total of 1.5 hours. I come home, and he’s drunk with 7+ beer cans on the counter. Our toddlers are running around without shirts on and the house is a mess.I WAS ONLY GONE FOR 1.5 HOURS! How does this happen?I don’t think I can work, and it depresses me. I don’t think he can handle watching HIS OWN CHILDREN.I don’t know what to do. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2TlZ9N9
