Survived a few days solo, feels good.

Bit of backstory: I travel 30% or so for work per year. Wife is usually solo for 1-1.5 weeks a month. 2 boys, 5yo and 1.5yo. No family, limited social network. My wife went on a well deserved solo trip with a friend and I held down the fort with the boys. First, my bride deserves mass amounts of praise for doing this while I’m gone. These gremlins of mine smell weakness. From a dad side, I’m just glad that we were able to have fun. No injuries and I was able to make more than pb&j and cereal. First time the kids were without their mom and they did really well. First time I’ve watched them solo for a few days and no one died. Win win. Just had to share my small parenting success. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2JH0JDl
