My 11 yr old started her first babysitting job this past week and she's over the moon . She's killing it and is so motivated to show us how responsible she can be, even went from one kid to two kids and has already worked like 25 hrs (at our house with the kids 😉). The sweetest thing was when she said "when I save a hundred dollars I'm taking the family out to eat". I told her instead we'll take her out to celebrate her job, where did this little adult come from.*Edit just found out my wonderful wife also just got her first job in 12 yrs since dedicating her life to raising 4 kids . via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2ZqN229
