My daughter is fearless...and clumsy. She has busted her lip open several times, taken plenty of hits and always pops right up, has perpetual skinned knees. All she ever needs is a kiss and she is good to go. Lately she has been acting drastically different from her normal self and I'm just looking for a different perspective on what might be going on. There are a few things that have been going on but I'm not sure if they are relevant. She used to sleep through the night, although she started having nightmares. A quick check-in with ease her worry and she'd head right back to sleep. A month or so ago it wouldn't help so we started having her come into our room, we curved that fast and now more often then not she will freak out if the light isn't on when she is sleeping.Things terrify her suddenly. Yesterday at my nephew's third birthday she freaked out when everyone started singing. My wife is Brazilian so my daughter is no stranger to noise, parties or loud singing. Yesterday was the worst because it seemed like everything was scaring her. Walking in the grass? She'd freeze, go on her toes, stretch her fingers wide shaking her hands and completely breakdown as if she was being tortured.Once she gets freaked like the above there is no more walking. It happens in the house, with shoes on, without shoes, barefoot or just in slippers. She will get up on her toes and say her foot hurts, but depending on when you ask it's one, the other, both or neither. She will refuse to walk and panic.I've gone through and followed each of the bones and joints from her toes to ankle putting pressure on it to see if there is any sign of pain with no result. She is currently on her trampoline and was in a bouncy house yesterday. So we are at a total loss, is this a phase, could it be a mental thing, or is there something we are missing. I'm happy to provide more info, please give us any opinions or advice. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2pa03yH
