I drank to excess in my youth and young adulthood. That being said, my children have never seen me drink. What can I do to steer them away from alcohol from the beginning rather than have them try it, wait ten years to figure out their crippling genes don't do alcohol well, and finally give up after hitting rock bottom? I want to ensure they understand the reality of my mistakes without turning into full-blown alcoholics like I did.Anyone have anything that worked for them? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2pnqXyb
