Kisses on the go, or my son's solution to me missing him while he's at school.

To bring a bit of positive into my morning and for maybe giving you guys some ideas for your children who "miss you" while they go to daycare of school... or to give your kids some ideas when you miss them.I'm at home with my youngest and my son goes to kindergarten. Before he leaves for school I give him the traditional "Okay, I love you, be good, I'll miss you a bunch today." Sometime last week he started this thing where he gives a kiss on his hand and then gives the "kiss" to me and tells me to keep it in my pocket for when I miss him and to then put it on my cheek. I have no idea where he learned that from but it's the cuttest "I miss you" coping way for young children. If you have a child who has trouble letting go of you when you drop them off at day care or whatever other event, gives them a bunch of kisses and put them in their pockets. When they miss you, tell them to go look for a kiss. You can also get their educator on it and when they start crying or asking for you, the educator can ask them if they have any kisses from mommy/ and- or daddy in their pockets. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2q2TdZ0
