Maybe a dumb question. Recently learned my ex-wife is driving without insurance. Should this be a factor when deciding whether to let the kids go visit?

I have primary custody of our three kids between 5-10. And the court awarded her "reasonable visitation", as determined by what I decide is reasonable. For the past 2 years, this roughly translates to every other weekend, barring an odd work schedule or something.On a completely unrelated matter, I recently learned that she has been driving without insurance. On one hand, I don't really care. If she gets a ticket, that's her problem.
