Getting so tired of the judmentalness of my in-laws.

I'm just... I'm at the point of telling them to shut the hell up or sue me for custody of the kid. Except that I know that probably wouldn't do anything other than cement their opinion of how crappy I am.Backstory. I'm a stay-at-home dad, and our son just turned 3. My in-laws (mother-in-law and aunt-in-law in particular) often make comments that feel super judgy. Today it was a comment on a post I made on FB about our son having a meltdown in the early evening and crying himself to sleep in 2 minutes flat. "Bad time to let him go to sleep." And by itself, eh it's not that bad, but yesterday it was a comment to my wife about how I should be doing more constructive things with our son after I posted a video of me teaching him how to roll dice for a board game. It's always something. I don't take him to the park enough. I don't do read to him enough. He doesn't see enough other kids. It's always something, and it's just getting so freaking old. Occasionally I've just refrained from posting on FB for a while, but then we get bitched at for not posting enough pictures of the kid for the grandparents.Maybe I'm just being overly sensitive, or maybe I just need to get over my in-laws judgy attitudes, but I'll take any advice anyone has any for dealing with in-laws who just don't seem to see eye to eye with us. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2ltcXB0
