My wife laughed at me when I was telling her about my son being expelled from school.

My son has just turned 14. For the last few years he's been struggling with things. Me and my ex have been fighting with the school and local agencies to get him some help as he ticks quite a few boxes for PDA which is part of the autistic spectrum.Last week he had an episode at school where he punched and kicked another student for no reason, the school had no choice but to send him home. Had a meeting this week with them and they told us he wasn't to go back. He's now been given another place in a local school for troubled kids, however there's a 2/3 month wait for a place. So the local council are going to pay for a private home tutor until a place opens up.So I told my wife this and she laughed in my face. So upset that the one person I want to talk to about this thinks it's some big joke. She doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong with my son and he's just naughty.I don't know what to do. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2kUkDMS
